Miscellaneous Items
Disconnection Notices:
To avoid a disconnection notice, please pay past due amount by the date on the bottom of the bill. The disconnect notice is a last notice and because it is so important, we deliver it personally as a courtesy before we take further action. It is hung on your front door so you won't miss it. It is delivered when your account is approximately two weeks past due. You must pay this notice by the due date, usually two days after we deliver the notice. It is recommended to hand deliver this payment.
How to Reconnect Service After Disconnection:
Contact the District at 949/858-0277. Please make arrangements to pay the past due amount and reconnection fee and we will schedule your reconnection as soon as possible.
Electronic Bill Pay:
If you pay your bills electronically, please be advised the banks send the payments in bulk. To do this, they wait several days before sending the check. This practice can make your payment late. Please allow enough time for the bank to process your payment to us. We recommend at least 10 days before the payment is due.
