Conservation Encouragement Rate Program Previously TCWD has advised its customers that the Conservation Encouragement Rate Program (CERP) was approved by the Board of Directors for implementation on January 1, 2007. The CERP is designed to reward wise water users and may possibly result in a rate reduction for wise water use. Conversely, excessive water users will experience an adjustment to their rate similar to that of neighboring water districts. The District will continue to provide conservation water savings tips for indoor and outdoor use. We look forward to working with our customers over the coming months to stretch our existing water supplies and to avoid purchasing additional capacity in the future.
