Please completely fill out the New Service Application, sign and submit to our office.

You cannot select a move in date prior to today’s date, weekend date or a holiday.

Return the request to our office with copies of Valid ID and proof of ownership or copy of rental/lease agreement. For your convenience, the application and copies can be submitted via the following:

  1. Faxed to (949) 858-1617.
  2. Scanned and e-mailed to
  3. In person to our office between 7:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. normal business days (Monday - Friday).
  4. Dropped off in one of the two drop boxes located in our parking lot.
After the completed application and required copies are received, we will generate a New Service Confirmation form, which requires an additional signature before service will be changed.

The confirmation form will include your new account number, initial read date and information about your responsibilities with Trabuco Canyon Water District.
